Shipping & Delivery
Free standard shipping on eligible Australian orders of $150 or more*
*Available to Victoria, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, South Australia and Tasmania. Western Australia and the Northern Territory are excluded while freight costs are being confirmed. Other conditions below.
Australian standard and express shipping
For eligible parcels delivered to VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD, SA or TAS, current rates are $10 for standard and $15 for express. At an eligible order value of $150 or more, standard delivery is free; express delivery remains a paid option. The qualifying order value and any delivery charge are calculated at checkout in AUD.
WA and Northern Territory
Shipping rates for Western Australia (WA) and Northern Territory (NT) are under review. These regions are not included in the free-shipping promotion. Checkout delivery rates are temporarily unavailable for WA and NT until we confirm a suitable service. Please contact AceStrike for a shipping quote before placing an order.
Bulk tennis ball cartons and bulky goods
Full cartons of tennis balls, bulk orders and oversized or unusually heavy packages are excluded from standard and free parcel shipping. Our full tennis ball cartons require a separate freight quotation and cannot currently be checked out using our standard shipping rates. Please contact us for availability and a freight quote. No additional freight cost will be charged without your agreement.
Other destinations and conditions
The $150 free-shipping offer is for the eligible Australian states and territories listed above only and does not apply to international orders. Products must be available to order, and shipping options presented at checkout govern the order. Delivery times depend on destination, stock availability and the carrier. This policy may be updated if our freight pricing changes; we will show the applicable charges before you complete checkout.
