This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services and products offered by Onz Agencies Pty. Limited (trading as AceStrike). By purchasing or booking through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

• All coaching bookings are confirmed only after full payment or an approved deposit is received.
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled lesson may be eligible for a reschedule or credit toward a future session, at our discretion.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may result in the forfeiture of the lesson fee.
• If we cancel or reschedule a lesson due to weather, facility closure, coach unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a suitable alternative time or refund the fee.
• No-shows (where a client fails to attend without notice) will forfeit their payment and will not be entitled to reschedule unless expressly approved by us.
• All coaching refunds or credits are subject to management approval and must be requested in writing to admin@onzagencieslimited.com.
• Prices are displayed in AUD and may change without notice.
• For faulty or damaged products (manufacturing defect): with proof of purchase, we will offer a refund, repair, or replacement, at our discretion.
• For change of mind: Returns may be accepted within 14 days of purchase provided the item is unused, in original packaging with tags, and condition-as-new.
• Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for purchase, within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Items marked “final sale” or “clearance” are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
• All refund or cancellation requests are subject to evaluation by Onz Agencies Pty. Limited (AceStrike).
• Any refund will exclude payment processing or transaction fees already incurred, unless otherwise required by law.
• We are not liable for indirect losses such as travel costs or lost lesson time.
• This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and does not exclude your statutory rights under it.
