This website is operated by Onz Agencies Pty. Limited (trading as AceStrike). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Onz Agencies Pty. Limited. By visiting our site and/or purchasing or booking something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Coaching Services & Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Lesson fees must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the lesson fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to weather, facility issues, or coach unavailability.
• Players must arrive on time and with appropriate tennis attire and equipment.

3. Product Sales (Apparel & Equipment)

• Prices are displayed in AUD and may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
• Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout.
• Returns are accepted for faulty or damaged products within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in original packaging.

4. Liability Waiver

Participation in coaching sessions or related activities is at your own risk. By booking or attending, you acknowledge that tennis involves physical exertion and potential injury risk. AceStrike and Onz Agencies Pty. Limited accept no liability for injuries, loss, or damage sustained during lessons or on court.

5. Payments

We accept payment through Shopify checkout, credit/debit cards, or approved payment gateways. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

6. Privacy Policy

Your personal information (name, email, phone, payment details) is used solely for booking, communication, and order fulfilment. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to process payments or bookings.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, and content on this website are the property of Onz Agencies Pty. Limited (trading as AceStrike) and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

11.1 Coaching Services (Lessons & Bookings)
• All coaching bookings are confirmed only after full payment or approved deposit is received.
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled lesson may be eligible for a reschedule or credit toward a future session, at our discretion.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may result in the forfeiture of the lesson fee.
• If we cancel or reschedule a lesson (due to weather, facility closure, coach unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances), we will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative time or refund the fee.
• No-shows will forfeit their payment and will not be entitled to reschedule unless expressly approved by us.

11.2 Product Sales (Apparel & Equipment)
• For faulty or damaged products (manufacturing defect): with proof of purchase, we will offer a refund, repair, or replacement, at our discretion.
• For change of mind / buyer’s remorse: Returns may be accepted within 14 days of purchase provided the item is unused, in original packaging with tags, and condition-as-new (unless otherwise stated).
• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase, within a reasonable time once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.
• We reserve the right to withhold refund until the returned item is received and meets the above conditions.

11.3 General
• All refund/cancellation decisions are subject to our evaluation and approval.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including travel costs or lost lesson time.
• Any refund will exclude any transaction or processing fees already incurred (unless required by law).
• This policy supplements, and does not replace, your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
